Tom Nibley was born in Provo, Utah and grew up with the ambition to be an actor. He moved to Southern California after college and spent twenty years in show biz, with indifferent results. Circumstances took him back to Utah in 2002.  While there, he decided on a change in career and enrolled in the Utah College of Massage Therapy.  In 2005, he graduated from the Professional and then the Master Bodyworker programs with honors.  He moved to Maryland in order to marry and begin his career as a massage therapist. He likes to customize his work to the person he is working on using physical techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, and Active Isolated Stretching combined with subtle energy techniques such as Craniosacral, reflexology and acupressure.

Favorite quote: God is the healer. Love is the medicine. Sometimes we get to help.

PENNY LISTMAN, LMT

Penny’s adventure in massage therapy dates to 1976 when she worked in a hospital.  She would massage her patients experiencing long hospital stays.  These same patients told Penny that the “back rubs” were their favorite part of their recovery.  She believes the sense of touch, as a healing instrument to be one of her basic instincts.  She continues educational courses in aromatherapy, reflexology and sports massage.  She has developed her own unique style in over 30 years of massage where the muscle tissues are stretched to promote the healing process and uses aromatherapy to enhance the massage.
